Your rant is so all over the map I'm not sure whether you're more opposed to freedom of speech or to hate crime legislation, which deals with violence, not with speech, making your point absurdly moot. Under hate crime laws, the beheading would be a hate crime, and the ACLU would defend the right to freedom of speech, so I don't know who you're trying to bash here. The ACLU defends freedom of speech and other Constitutional rights without partisan bias.
