Can not remember the song or artist but remember the music video..?

I saw this music video on the show "video on trial" on the muchmusic channel about a year or so ago.

In the video there was a silohette of a man in a suit and then at other parts there were women dancing with hoodies on and short shorts. I’m pretty sure the people on the show were commenting on how greasy/wet their bodies looked.

The actual music was a woman possibly speaking in another language (maybe spanish?) and there was a bit of saxophone. And yes I am completely certain it was a saxophone.

This has been driving me craazyy trying to figure out what song this is.
