My brother does alot of this.

Like, I’m only 11, and he’s twelve, bbut he SUCKS at lieing…..

I mean, if I ask him if he stole my chocolates, because they’re magically dissapearing…

He tries holding in a smile… or giving me a cold eye, and doesn’t look at me, plus, alot of the time, he would just go “haha, FUNNY….” Like hes an idiot… so, ya…

some of the biggest liars i know dont do this stuff because they lie constantly and think their badass at it…this is more like if your chilln at a place you dont know anyone so you put you hands in your pocket or u agree u like a song you really dont…this is a more polite way to lie

You can’t say that …
You can’t say that with 100% certainty. People have nervousness and anxiety without lying. What about people with a speech impediment or have a social anxiety disorder. You must first understand the person, you need a control reaction first before you can determine if it’s abnormal.

@adlucas009 FYI. it is easier to tell if someone close lies because you know their “norm” (subconsciously) for responding to questions in a normal manner. For people that you don’t know as well, ask questions you already know the answers to. Pay close attn to how they react to multiple truthful answers to questions.doing this will give you a basic “baseline” for the truthful habits. Ask another in which you know they will lie. Pay close attn again to body language (all) and voice influxes

I still think the best way to catch lying is to watch for a pattern of inconsistencies in what someone is saying compared to known facts or things they’ve previously said. If things don’t add up or things contradict each other, then they could be lying.

Pupils grow larger …
Pupils grow larger (dilate) when someone is aroused or excited. For example if you ask someone if they think that person over there is hot, and they say no but their pupils grow larger then chances are they’re lieing. You have to be careful though because change in light conditions can cause pupils to change size too.

I bite the inside …
I bite the inside of my lip while talking & listening (not all the time but it’s not uncommon for me) & I not only try to never tell alie (unless it spares someones feelings). They have done studies that show that over 70 percent of people’s pupils will change , grow much larger when the person tells a lie. Also the person who said looking out the side of the eyes is a sign of a liar… dead on.
