touching is really useful. a pat on the back to show that the conversation partner just made a good comment really shows that you can agree with what they just said. but that’s just one example.
too big gestures though don’t always mean you’re anxious – they sometimes just show that the person probably has an exaggerated opinion of him/herself. gestures generally make the things one says kind of more expressive. best thing if it comes naturally, but one can also fake that. still helpful
