So being yourself …
So being yourself and your “best” self isnt’ the same thing.
You can be yourself whenever – needy, dorky, whatever…
To be your best self however, Impo, you need some serious self-development. Be it social-dynamics, sports (confidence), opening up to people/socializing, smiling, working on your beliefs, etc etc…
You can’t just be “yourself” to succeed, because your “self” might have a pretty f*cked up reality.
Your best self has to be created and/or found.

To give you (everyone) a brief summary of when “Being Yourself” is appropriate: 1. Learn certain “techniques” towards achieving whatever u wish 2 achieve. 2. Take what u’ve learned and make it a part of your own behavior. 3. Once it becomes part of ur natural behavior, THEN u can simply “be yourself”. Very plain and simple! – IMPROVE yourself
